Hey Kevin. I just wanted you to know that I've read and enjoyed all of your posts and photos. I hope your trek in the Smokies on Sat. is enjoyable. I'm sure it will be scenic. I went from Clingman's Dome to Cade's Cove one January while it was snowing. Fontana was gorgeous from up there. I think you'll love this stretch of the AT. Dave
On some future post, will you give your opinions so far, about the following gear items in your list: DriDucks Rainsuit and Campmor 20 deg. down bag? In addition, could you discuss what kind of phone / app. combination you're using to blog from the trail? Thanks for any info you can share!
