Spent last weekend over at Sipsey Wilderness in the Bankhead National Forest. The Sipsey Wilderness is known as the land of 1000 waterfalls and I believe it. They were everywhere. These shelf mushrooms were growing on a rotten log. It was a great weekend in the woods with lots of hiking. I had a great time and plan to visit again very soon.
